You can assign an inspection to a user during the creation of the inspection
To see the list of unassigned inspections, click on Dashboard from left pane, then on the Unassigned indicator (yellow)
Click on one inspection
Click on the Assign To button on the toolbar, then select a user on the popup list

You can also directly drag & drop inspections in the Schedule view to another user to reassign
Push Notification: when a user has been assigned or reassigned to an inspection, he receives an email and an in-app push notification (Android)
To reassign an inspection, you can also edit the inspection and change the Unassigned field
The same feature is available on mobile as well for managers
Multi Staff Assignment
Upvise supports assignment of an inspection to multiple users at the same time
Edit the inspection and add a user to the Assigned To field. Repeat multiple times
The inspection will appear on each user's phone and also on the Schedule Week view on web for each user
One user must start the inspection. The same user becomes the only one who can submit it (other user will no longer see the Submit button on their phone)
Users can split the asset inspection forms. The user who started an inspection form is the only one who can edit it
Other users will have read only access to the inspection forms
