Product Fields Reference Guide
Name: name of the Product
Product code: text value, can be characters and/or numbers, e.g. "PDR-0001" "MDP-YZ"

Manufacturer: one of the Companies defined in the Upvise Contacts app, or Add New company (web only)
Owner: a User in your company account who is responsible for the product. Standard users can only see products that they own or that have an empty Owner field.
Low stock warning threshold: overrides the Low stock threshold value in the
Options menu when > 0. See

Terms: a File containing Product sales terms & conditions. Select a file from the system folder named 'Terms'. To add a new File, goto the Files web app, open the Terms folder and upload a file from your disk (any file type)
Price: a decimal value for the product retail price. If not set price is 0.
Wholesale Price: a decimal value for the wholesale price, i.e when selling to a retailer and not directly to an end customer. If not set price is 0.
Unit: set from the pre-defined list. See

Sales Tax %: numeric value between 1 and 100. When a new product is created, value defaults to the Sales Tax % set in
Options menu.
Purchase Price: a decimal value for the purchased price, i.e. price used in Purchase Orders
Currency: select one of the pre-defined currencies or add your own Currency in the Options menu. See
Set Currency in Options. If not filled in, the default Currency set in the Options menu is used for this field.
Discount %: numeric value between 1 and 100.

Options menu / Custom Fields tab.
