Company Data Fields

The Company Info screen displays all fields for which a value has been entered. Click or tap + to create a new Company. Click or tap the Edit icon to change the Company details.

Name: enter the name of the Company.
Email: email address to contact company.
Phone: company's fixed-line phone number.
Web Site: URL of the company's web site.
Fax: company fax number.
Tax #: (*) the company's tax registration number as per local regulations.
Address: enter the Street, City, Zipcode, State, Country. The Position field contains the geo-coordinates. See Address and geo-coordinates
Group: one or more groups that the company belongs to.
Region: region that the company belongs to.

Owner: (*) one or more Upvise users who own this Company. See Ownership Assignment
Related Companies: (*) one or more other Companies that the company may be related to.
Note: (*) enter a general note or description related to the company. N.B. this is different from the external Notes that you can add to the Company.
Products: (*) one or more Products that the company is interested in. See Sales app Catalog of Products

Contacts: you can add a new or existing Contact to the Company, from the Edit Company screen on mobile, or by clicking on + and selecting the Contact menu in the Company View on the web.

(*) field appears when you tap "Show More" details in the Edit screen on mobile.
