Ask for Client Signature: See Client Signature

Enable Product Custom fields: See Use Product Custom Fields

Display Total Quantity: If checked, the total sum of quantities of all items in the Quote is displayed in the Info tab on mobile or in the Quantity column in the Quote Products table.
This option is useful when it is important to keep count of the number of physical items in a Quote versus the number of product lines. Example: in a Quote for 5 Oranges and 4 Apples, the number of Product lines is 2, whereas the Total Quantity of items is 5+4=9.

Next Quote ID: this field contains the running number of the next new Quote, eventually with leading zeroes. This number will be appended to the current year to make the new Quote Number. The system automatically increments this number at each new quote creation. You can also manually modify this value.
Example:
If you set "0025" in the field, the next Quote you create will have the name: "2016-0025"
If you set "41" in the field, the next Quote you create will have the name: "2016-41"
See also Quote Number

Quote validity (days): when you create a new Quote, the Validity Date is automatically set to Today plus this number of days. The default value is 30 days.
N.B.: if you set a multiple of 30 days, the date will be set to one month later. Example, if the value is 30 days, and today is 15 Oct, the Validity date will be set to 15 Nov.

Wholesale Group: If a Company belongs to this group, and is set as a Client Company in a Quote/Invoice, the Quote/Invoice will be set to "Use the Wholesale Price" when products are added. See Wholesale Price.

Payment Terms: Set the general payment terms for Quotes. Payment terms are displayed at the end of the PDF when exporting a Quote. See Payment terms.
