Status and Stage
Status:
When a project is on-going, it has the Status
Active.
When a project and all its tasks and actions have been completed, you can change the Status to
Closed by updating the Project Status field.
Closed Projects are accessible from the Dashboard menu on the mobile and from the left pane menu on the web.
Stage:
The global progress of each of the projects in your company can be monitored using the
Stage field or Phase of the Project.
You can define your own custom Stages. See

On the mobile, Projects can be viewed by Stage from the Dashboard menu
On the web, the list of projects in each Stage can be accessed from the main list of Projects, by clicking on each Stage tab. The Dashboard menu also displays a pie-chart
report on Projects by Stage.
