Custom Views

Click on + and choose the data type: Contact or Company.

Name: title of the Custom view list in the Contacts or Companies section.
Color: color of the highlight bar of the Custom view in the Contacts or Companies section.
Columns: Select the data fields that you wish to display as columns in the Custom View list. Example: Name, Phone and Address of Contact. If no Columns are selected, only the Name column is displayed.

Filters

A filter is a search criteria defined by a Contact/Company field or custom field, an operator (is, is not, contains string, lower than, greater than,..) and the search value.
You can add one or more filters. Note that only the AND logic is supported when combining multiple filters. Use multiple views to achieve an OR logic.

1. Choose the field or custom field.

2. Choose the operator. Note that the available operators depend on the field type.

Example: date field operators are: is, is not, month is, year is, older than, more recent than.
combo list and check box field operators are: is, is not.
other field type operators are: is, is not, contains string, lower than, greater than.

3. Choose or enter the search value.
