Group and Mass mailing
On your mobile:
- Open a Group, and tap the email icon. A list of all contacts and companies with a valid email is automatically displayed. Tap the Email icon at the bottom of the screen to open your
email app and send an email to the group of recipients.
- From the Contacts main screen, three-dot menu, More Views / Mass Mailing menu, you can select any contact or company with a valid email to send a group email.
In your web account:
Check one or more items in a list of Contacts or Companies and click on the Email icon. This opens your email application with the list of selected recipients.
You can also send a group SMS via Skype.
You can download a CSV to be re-imported in a mass mailing tool like Mailchimp.
