Notes and Call Logs

You can attach notes to a Contact or Company to log data or info, and keep a history of the data logged.

To add a Note to a Contact/Company, open the View screen and tap or click on + then select Note. Enter a multi-line text.

The list of attached notes appear in the Notes tab of the Contact/Company View screen on the mobile, and in the Notes box of the Contact/Company View screen on the web.

You can also manually log a phone call. See Phone Call logs.

N.B.: the notes attached to Contacts/Companies also appear in the Notebooks app.
