Release of the Asset
The Release of an Asset is performed by the
Site Manager. The Asset can be released for Pre-Commissioning and for Commissioning.
The Site Manager:
- Opens the Asset from the Completed section
- Taps or clicks Release, and selects Pre-Commissioning or Commissioning
- Enters a note, location and mandatory Signature
If a Question required for (Pre-)Commissioning has
not been
answered positively, the Release for (Pre-)Commissioning cannot go through. In this case, the
Site Manager must
Restart the Inspection, re-Assign the Supervisors and go through the same steps to
perform tests. This will be done generally once
the
Punch Items have been fixed.
After a successful Release, the Asset moves to the
Released state.
