Create Invoice for Confirmed Quote
When a Quote has the status
Confirmed and you want to proceed with invoicing the Client, tap or click on the
Create Invoice button to create a new Invoice.
The Client info and list of Products is copied from the Quote to the new Invoice. The Invoice number is new and
different from the Quote number.
The Quote status moves to the
Invoiced list. Open the linked Company to view both the Quote and Invoice attached to this Company.
N.B.: If a Job was created for the Confirmed Quote, the Job also becomes linked to the new Invoice. You can also create an Invoice for a Completed Job from the Jobs app. These
two ways of creating an Invoice are equivalent.
