Admins and Managers only
Only users who are Administrators and Managers can access the Options menu. Standard users will not see the Options menu in their account.
Admins can always edit Options. Managers can be restricted from editing Options, by unchecking 'Edit Options in individual apps' in the Manager Rights section in the Settings of your web account.
