Enter a Description
- In View screen, tap the Edit icon.
- Tap the Description field and enter some text.
- Tap Done.
The Description field is displayed in the
PDF export, after the Client header and before the list of Products.
It can be used as an
introduction or
presentation or
explanation text.
It also appears in the web account, next to the Number in lists, and is useful to
quickly identify the content of a Quote or Invoice or Product Order, without having to open the item.
