Misc Options

Product/Services Staff Group: when Products are added to a Project, the Product Staff options field can include this group of Contacts, in addition to the Users of your account.

Show Everyone By Default: if checked, display all projects on the home screen, i.e. for all Owners. If not, display My projects. Note that this does not apply to Standard users.

Standard Users can create Purchase Orders: if checked, standard user have the right to create purchase orders. If not, only managers and admins are authorized.

Index PDF Floor Plans: if checked, when you upload a PDF Floor Plan, the text in the PDF is indexed to make it searchable. This may impact upload performance.
