Export one Inspection

Once a inspection has been submitted, it can be exported
In the inspection view screen on web, tap on the Download icon button on toolbar, then tap Download PDF or Download Excel
The PDF Format is designed to be archived, sent by email to the customer or printed. It contains all data related to the inspection, including the photos
The Excel format is designed to easily extract and manipulate the captured data.

Note: the Inspection Excel export does not contain photos. Use the Inspection PDF Export to export the photos.

Go to Options from the left pane on the web, then click on PDF Export tab
Company Logo: you can upload a company logo (max width 100 pixels) to appear on the header of the first page of the PDF
Company Header: optional text to be added on the top left of the header on the first page. If no text is present, the logo is centered. If there is some text, the text is aligned on the left and the logo on the right
Columns: Select one column to add each form field on a separate line, or two if you want 2 fields on one line. Use two when you have a lot of form fields and you want to minimize the number of pages of your PDF
Insert page break between forms: check this option to add a page break before each new inspection form, to improve readability for the different forms.
Watermark (text an color) : you can enter a watermark text to appear as a background rotated text on each page
Show Asset Custom Fields: this will add the asset custom fields before the form field values for the asset
Show Site Custom Fields: this will add in the PDF the site custom field on the first page, below the Inspection Site name
Add date and owner of inspected asset: check this option to add the date, time and owner of the staff who inspected a particular asset. This option is recommended in the case of multi owner inspections

Format of one Excel sheet

Inspection Id	Upvise unique internal id of the inspection
Site Name	Name of the site where inspected asset is located
Site Address	Asset of the site where inspected asset is located
Inspection Description	Description of the inspection
Inspection Period	in days
Inspection Date	Date of the scheduled inspection
Inspection By	Name of the staff who performed the asset inspection
Approval Date	Date time of the approval
Approval By	Name of the person who approved the inspection
Inspection Status	Can be Submitted or Approved
Asset Location	Location of the inspected Asset within the site
Asset Group	Name of the inspected asset group
Asset Model	Model of the inspected asset
Asset ID	ID of the inspected Asset
[Asset Custom Field 1 Label]	The value of the asset custom field 1
[Asset Custom Field x Label]	...
[Form Field 1 Label]	The value of the form field 1
[Form Field x Label]	...

You can also export a list of all inspections for a site.

Click on Sites from left pane on web
Click on one site
Click on the export button on the toolbar, then Export Inspections
Note: it will export all started inspections (Draft, Submitted, Approved) but not scheduled inspections
The excel format is the same when you export one inspection (see previous section)
