Inbox and Notifications
The Inbox is the list of Forms that have a pending workflow Action.
Whenever a Form moves from its current State to the next State, a notification is sent by email and to the mobile of the users indicated in the Staff field, as well as to the Form owner.
Staff Notified:
The Staff field in the
Edit State screen indicates the list of users that will be notified when the State is reached.
The Initiator is the user who first created the Form in Draft state. Note that Initiator is different from the Form Owner(s), as the Owners are updated at each State to include the Staff standard users.
If the Staff field is left empty, only the Form owner is notified.
