List of Forms & Form Template
Create one or more Form Templates in your Upvise web account. Each Form defines a list of custom fields and an Excel Export Report file associated to it.
Then on your mobile phone, you can create a new Form based on one of the Forms Templates you defined previously. You can enter the values for each field on the report. The data is automatically synced back to your Upvise account.
You can access the forms on your computer in your web account. You can edit the data if needed, export it to an Excel file or Word document and archive the data.
